   Flowerbox shall not be responsible if the recipient declines to receive your order. You shall be solely responsible for any actions that the recipient may initiate due to said action, for disturbance, nuisance, negligence, defamation or other civil or criminal liabilities. You shall indemnify Flowerbox for all claims and actions both civil and criminal initiated by any third party at the instance of sending the flowers to any third party recipient without their consent or desire.
