  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • The website refers to Flowerbox, accessible from https://flowerbox.in/
  • You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

The deadline for canceling an Order is 24 hours of the actual time of delivery of the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

To exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision using a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

Online refund is made in the mode You have made the payment. It might take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account as per standard banking timelines. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order. In case of Cancellation, a 5% charge will be applicable.

Conditions for Refund & Cancellation

For the Goods to be eligible for refund & cancellation:

  • If the order was canceled within 24 hours of the actual time of delivery. Post 24 hours you cannot cancel it.
  • If the order was not delivered to you. (This does not include the case of unfounded recipient)
  • Complaints against non-delivery need to be made within 15 days from the date of delivery, after which we will not be able to register any complaints.
  • If the product received is damaged/defective/wrong, then please report the issue to our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery along with an image of the item delivered. Our team will contact you for additional details of the product delivered if required.
  • For quality purposes, we will inquire about the same and if it is found to be true, you will get a full refund or the product will be replaced.
  • A 100% Refund will be provided if the order is canceled by Flowerbox in case of no Delivery area or Item is not available.

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • If flowers or any other perishable items are delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.
  • If you are not present at the delivery address provided by you at the time of placing the order or refuse to accept the order.
  • There may be a slight change in the delivered flower design from the image shown on the website because it is a natural handmade product. No refund will be entertained for image different claims.
  • Any discounted or exempted amount can not be claimed for a refund.
  • We are unable to entertain any complaint for perishable products like fresh flowers, cake, chocolate, etc. after 24 hours from the time of delivery.
  • The flowers shown online will be used depending on availability and seasonal factors. In cases of non-availability of flowers or seasonal flowers, the arrangement of flowers shall be done by substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value. If the floral container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.

Flowerbox holds all the right to change the Refund/Cancellation Policy from time to time.
